At a very well attended AGM last night the committee for 2010/2011 was formed as follows; Chairman – Keith Badham Vice Chairman – Ann Holloway Treasurer – Gill George Secretary – Laura Scott Membership Secretary – Jo Hamilton Publicity Officer – Jason Wolfe We still have a vacancy for Venues representative. Should any of the membership wish to be considered for the role, please contact a committee member.
Thanks to all of you for booking places on this years Summer School. We will be sending out registration packs to you in due course giving details of what you need to bring and timetables etc. This pack will also include audition information and music. We still have some places left but you will need to book early 🙂

Last Saturday saw the first of what we hope is a series of workshops for members. The first workshop was an overview of Acting and Direction and saw the group take on the task of being Chickens, Big Bad Wolves, Munchkins, Trees and tube passengers amongst many other things. The workshops are specifically designed for Barton Players members and are free of charge.
